DIRECTIONS TO UNION SURGERY CENTER

1. Take Garden State Parkway to exit 138 - Kenilworth/Elizabeth.
2. Take exit ramp towards to Roselle Park/Elizabeth.
3. Turn right onto CR-509.
4. Follow Galloping Hill Road to Chestnut Street.
5. Turn right onto Chestnut Street.
6. The entrance to Union Surgery Center is on Chestnut Street next to the Emergency Department.
